Please Help Me
I made harissa once; it's a paste made with chilepepper, cumin, garlic, olive oil, and other stuff I can't remember. Can't find anything about cummul on the internet.
What alternative herbs or spices can i use instead of ground cilantro (coriander leaves)?
I found this recipe for a "Poached Fish in Spicy Tomato Sauce," and i need ground cilantro but i can find any at my local food store and the recipe calls for "Harissa," wich is made of
10-12 dried red chili peppers
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Heres 2 links for more inf on my question;

I would really apreciate it if some one could help me with this.
Always use fresh cilantro ... Dried cilantro is tasteless...
Ramadan: Off Topic: What spice(s) do you like to use in your cooking & which spice do you want to try?
I don't usually ask such questions but I'm multi-tasking right now.
My favorites are: cumin, fresh cilantro, saffron, garam masala, harissa, ras el hanout, turmeric and cardamom for sweets
I would like to try: grains of paradise, fennel, fenugreek, chervil, nigella, star anise
i like to use saffron, cinnamon, mint, cilantro, cardamom, pure vanilla (for pastries) i would like to try unknown spices around the world that i have never seen but i am fine with my spices that i use daily especially saffron (zafron in farsi) I use saffron daily but just about 1/2 a teaspoon in most of my dishes
